All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
We currently only deliver within Australia. Orders to the value of $100 or more are delivered free within Australia. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
3. Returns and Refunds
If you believe a product you have purchased from Pure Passion Fragrances is faulty and you would like to return it, please call us immediately on 0402 283 268 or email email@example.com and we will do our absolute best to replace that product or provide a refund. We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your call or email and confirm the detail and options. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and the faulty product in question.
Please note we cannot accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty. We therefore do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges because you do not like the aroma or have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.
4. Damaged Items
If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. We will require a photo of the damaged item in order to provide a replacement.
