Returns and Refunds
If you believe a product you have purchased from Pure Passion Fragrances is faulty and you would like to return it, please call us immediately on 0402 283 268 or email hello@purepassionfragrances.com.au and we will do our absolute best to replace that product or provide a refund. We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your call or email and confirm the details and options. Please keep your tax invoice/receipt as proof of purchase and the faulty product in question.
Please note we cannot accept the return of opened or used products that are not faulty. We therefore do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges because you do not like the fragrance or have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.
Damaged Items
If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@purepassionfragrances.com.au within 2 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. We will require a photo of the damaged item in order to provide a replacement.
